Job duration : Permanent position, Full time, Mon – Fri, 40 hours per week.
Gather business requirements and conduct comprehensive end-to-end business and systems process analysis. Develop architectural solutions, and identify areas suitable for robotic process automation (RPA) technologies. Integrate new systems and processes, maintain detailed process documentation and work plans, and track incidents to ensure project delivery. Ensure completeness and accuracy through multiple interviews and sign-off emails, project plans, effort estimation, and benefits realization. Prepare test estimates and coordinate with the test automation manager and stakeholders to obtain signoffs. Perform UAT testing and deploy end-user machines, ensure all test cases and scenarios were covered to prevent post-production issues. Skills Required: SAP, Visio, Power BI, RPA, Tableau, MS SQL, UIPath, Citrix, and Jira. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) with 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation is required.
